In our forums, a user reported having this problem: First go to Add/Remove Programs and uninstall IE7 x64. Then, go to the Adobe web site and download the Flash Player. Make sure you have ActiveX installed as well. After installing Flash Player, reboot and re-install IE7 x64 - IE7-WindowsXP-x64-enu or IE7-WindowsServer2003-x64-enu, depending on your operating system. That should get it working.
