The AVG anti-malware software is very good at getting rid of some of the peskier spyware out there. The free version is excellent, and is owned by a company we trust, Grisoft (who also makes the free AVG anti-virus program). Note: We recommend following these directions ONLY if you have already gone through the steps in our Get Rid of Spyware guide. First, download AVG security suite. Once it has finished downloading, double-click on the downloaded file to start the installation.
Now, run the AVG anti-malware program and have it check your PC for infections.
